Presidio Builders is a full service general contracting firm with offices in San Francisco and Oakland, CA; serving all of the Bay Area. Started in 2008 by Randy Swayne, we have more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. We currently specialize in wood framing and finish carpentry.

Our objective is to expand upon our loyal client base as we continue to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability. We strive to provide thorough estimates; keep change orders at a minimum; and complete jobs within time frame schedules.
